Over 25 years of professional experience in Capacity Building and international development in the fields of institutional reform, border-related technical assistance and Customs modernization;

Over 20 years of professional experience managing Strategic Relationships and engaging various stakeholders from both public and private sectors in the international trade context;

Over 15 years of Leadership experience managing processes and mobilizing diverse teams around new initiatives;

Instrumental team player in the establishment and management of the World Customs Organization’s (WCO) Capacity Building strategy from 2000 to 2016;

Initiator of the WCO innovative HR and Training tools (CLiKC!, the WCO e-learning and Knowledge Management platform, its networks, the WCO Framework on Customs Professionalism and the WCO HR Diagnostic Tool and HR Maturity Model for Customs).

Having led or participated to Capacity Building missions in more than 85 different countries assisting Customs administrations in Europe, North Africa, Near and Middle East, Western and Central Africa, Eastern and Southern Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Americas and the Caribbean regions.
